| STEP 2 | . . . Upon receipt of these materials our Sales Manager will formulate a ROUGH ESTIMATE and fax this to you. | |
| STEP 3 | . . . If the estimate meets your approval we will require a 50% DEPOSIT check to begin work, mailed to us at the above address. | |
| STEP 4 | . . . The team of artists at Chalk Talk will design a ROUGH SKETCH for your boards based on the information you have supplied. The sketch and final estimate will be faxed to you, and upon approval we can begin work on your boards. (Please note that the initial sketch will be a rough black and white layout showing the artwork and header placement. We prefer to put the details into the actual board instead of charging you for detailed sketches.) | |
| STEP 5 | . . . We will arrange a SHIPPING/DELIVERY date for you. For boards being delivered in the local area the balance is due upon delivery. A representative from your company must be in attendance to take delivery of the boards and oversee installation. Boards being shipped must be paid for in full before shipment. You may request to see a Polaroid of your boards before sending final payment. As an additional service to our Orange County customers we may be able to provide a BASIC INSTALLATION service with deliveries. This includes dry-wall mounted and chain-hung installations. It does not include cement/metal surfaces, angle-hung boards, and chain-hung boards from ceilings over 10 ft. | |
